Fans last saw Katie Maloney on season 11 of Bravo’s “Vanderpump Rules” in 2024. Still, she’s remained busy since her time on the show, co-hosting the successful “Disrespectfully” podcast with Dayna Kathan and continuing to work with Ariana Madix on their West Hollywood sandwich shop, Something About Her.
Maloney’s love life has also been thriving, as she continues her relationship with Sleeping with Sirens musician Nick Martin, whom she began dating in 2024 after confirming her romance in October of that year.
Katie Maloney Gives Apartment Tour Filled With Nostalgic Decor and Personal Items
GettyFormer “Vanderpump Rules” star Katie Maloney recently took part in the viral apartment tour on Instagram with Caleb Simpson, giving fans a sneak peek into her Los Angeles home, which she shares with her boyfriend, Nick Martin.
Upon arriving at her apartment in L.A., Maloney showcased a large poster of herself and defended the decision to display it, stating, “I’m not that person that has like, pictures of themselves everywhere. But, like, that’s pretty sick.”
The camera then panned to her spacious living room decorated with a large black-and-white checkered carpet, a green velvet couch, leopard chairs, and colorful artwork. Martin just so happened to be present, with Maloney revealing that the couple lived together.
Adjacent to the couple’s living room was a cozy dining area featuring pink chairs, which opened into another sitting area where Maloney walked over to a large glass armoire filled with her “tchotchkes.”
Inside, fans could spot a Furby, Barbie dolls, and a ’90s Barbie-branded Polaroid camera. In a second wardrobe, Maloney pulled out wands, admitting that she’s a “huge occult fan.” It certainly reminded fans of her “Witches of WeHo” days with Kristen Doute and Stassi Schroeder.
Additionally, Maloney proceeded to proudly showcase her MTV Movie & TV Award, which she won with her VPR cast.
Fans got a sneak peek into Maloney’s bedroom, which featured a leopard-print bedspread and a wall lined with an array of perfumes. Continuing with her love of nostalgia, her dresser was lined with old magazines, including a 2004 Cosmopolitan issue with Avril Lavigne.
Maloney shared an “extra room” inside her apartment, which appeared to be a guest room. Inside, she showcased her collection of NSYNC dolls that sat atop a rotating stand of shoes. Lastly, she shared a bathroom that was covered wall-to-wall with framed artwork. Above the toilet was an image of Maloney and a platinum record from Martin’s band. She also pointed out a drawing of her and Ariana Madix sitting on a sandwich, in a nod to Something About Her.
Maloney Gives New Details on Her Relationship With Boyfriend Nick Martin
While giving her Los Angeles apartment tour, Maloney was also asked about her relationship with Martin, giving fans more insight into how they met.
“He’s a musician. He plays in a band called Sleeping with Sirens,” with the clip then showcasing a wall dedicated to his band’s records.
She continued, “And I went to go hang out with a friend of ours, and we met there. We became friends, and I think like a year later, we fell in love.”
“It was a friends-to-lovers pipeline there,” she added, while proceeding to show two figurines of herself and Martin.
When Simpson jokingly asked if Maloney enjoyed Martin’s music, she said, “Yeah, and I still do.”
Maloney first confirmed she was in a relationship on her “Disrespectfully” podcast in October 2024. She’s since shared several photos with Martin on Instagram, celebrating their dating anniversary and going on vacations together. Martin was also present to celebrate Maloney turning the big 4-0 in January alongside her closest friends and each other’s moms.
